🎓 Eligibility
BCA / B.Sc (IT) / B.Tech (Only)
CCNA Certification is Mandatory
Good understanding of Computer Networks and TCP/IP
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

💼 Job Responsibilities

🔹 L1 Network Support Engineer
Monitor network devices and links.
Perform initial troubleshooting for network issues.
Raise, update, and track incident tickets.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Escalate complex issues to the L2 team.
Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely updates.

🔹 L2 Network Support Engineer
Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues.
Troubleshoot Routing, Switching, VLANs, NAT, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and WAN connectivity.
Configure and support routers, switches, and firewalls.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents.

👨‍💻 Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos Firewall , Access Point or other networking devices.
Understanding of routing and switching concepts.
Knowledge of monitoring tools is an added advantage.
Eagerness to learn and grow in Networking.
