At D2P & Co., we work with food and beverage brands across product innovation, brand strategy, market entry, and growth. As we continue to expand, were looking for an NPD Intern who is passionate about building the next generation of food products.

📍 Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (In-Office Only)
💰 Stipend: To be discussed during the selection process.
Duration: 4 months

What youll work on:
• Product Development & R&D
• Food Innovation & Better-for-You Products
• Packaging Research & Compliance
• Market & Competitor Research
• Manufacturing Ecosystems & Third-Party Vendors
• Client-Facing Project Management
• Working directly with founders and the core strategy team

We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has a background in Food Technology, Food Science, or Food Engineering
✔ Has a strong understanding of food ingredients, formulations, and manufacturing processes
✔ Has good knowledge of food packaging materials, packaging formats, packaging regulations, and packaging selection for different food categories
✔ Is curious, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership
✔ Is based in Mumbai and can commute to our Goregaon West office

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the complete journey of taking a product from concept to commercialization while working closely with founders, manufacturers, and clients.

🌱 Outstanding performers will be considered for a full-time role upon completion of the internship. Conversion will be entirely performance-based.
