Job Description:
- Handling customer calls and providing resolutions in collaboration with L2 Engineers.
- Monitoring Network and Service touchpoints in the designated work area at the NOC.
- Keeping an eye on Dashboards and Performance KPIs.
- Promptly raising alerts within the team for any threshold crossings.
- Monitoring TT alerts and addressing basic L1 issues.
- Coordinating with the Circle for Fiber, Utility, and other related matters.
- Ensuring timely resolution of customer problems in line with TAT and SLA.
- Conducting MIS reporting and analysis to troubleshoot and enhance NOC operations.
