Role Description: The Non EB Servicing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara, focused on servicing non-employee-benefit insurance portfolios.

1. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals; coordinating with insurers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests.
2. The role involves addressing client queries, maintaining up-to-date records, and supporting claims servicing by gathering information and following up on claim status.
3. The professional in this role will assist in preparing reports, summaries, and MIS related to non-EB business, while adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaboration with colleagues in underwriting, broking, and accounts will be essential to deliver high-quality service and support ongoing client relationships.
5. To create and convert the cross-sell opportunities etc.
