* Coordinate sample development, trials, and approvals
* Conduct competitor and market research
* Assist in product testing and feedback analysis
* Maintain project documentation and reports
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Packaging, Quality, Procurement, and Regulatory
