Sheela Foam Ltd is looking for an NPD Intern to support product innovation across our foam and mattress portfolio (Sleepwell/Kurlon). More details below:

Role: NPD Intern
Location: Sector 135, Noida (Only those available for in-office internship in Delhi NCR shall apply)
Duration: 3 Month

Job Description:
·        Assist with raw material trials (PU foam, Polyol, TDI/MDI formulations)
·        Competitor benchmarking
·        Close coordination with manufacturing and R&D teams for prototype testing and quality validation
·        New product development documentation
Ideal for an engineering/design/management student with strong analytical skills and interest in FMCG/manufacturing R&D.
