Lorem Wellness Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with developmental and functional challenges.

📍 Location: Panampilly Nagar, Kochi, Kerala
💼 Position: Occupational Therapist (BOT/MOT)
💰 Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

What You'll Do:
✨ Conduct occupational therapy assessments and create individualized treatment plans
✨ Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for children
✨ Support sensory integration, fine & gross motor development, self-care, visual-motor skills, and school readiness
✨ Track progress and modify interventions based on outcomes
✨ Guide parents with home programs and regular counselling
✨ Collaborate with Speech Therapists, Physiotherapists, Behaviour Therapists, Special Educators, and medical professionals
✨ Maintain clinical documentation and participate in case discussions & professional development

Who Can Apply?
✔ Bachelor's or Master's in Occupational Therapy (BOT/MOT)
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience preferred
✔ Freshers with strong clinical skills and a learning mindset are encouraged to apply
✔ Excellent communication, empathy, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills
✔ Passion for working with children and supporting families
