On-Site Legal Internship

I am inviting applications for five (05) on-site legal interns for the month of August 2026.

This internship is intended for law students, recent law graduates, and young advocates who are genuinely interested in litigation and wish to gain practical courtroom experience. I am looking for individuals who are sincere, committed, research-oriented, and eager to learn.

Interns will have the opportunity to work on live matters involving:

• Legal research and case law analysis

• Drafting of pleadings, applications, replies, legal notices, written submissions, and legal opinions

• Searching and analysing judgments using online legal research platforms

• Assisting in case preparation and litigation strategy

The internship offers practical exposure before:
• Rajasthan High Court
• District & Sessions Courts
• Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
• Consumer Forums
• RERA
• Commercial Court
• Family Court
• Revenue Courts

Apart from litigation, interns will also have an opportunity to contribute to the socio-legal initiatives of Vidhishala through legal awareness programmes, research projects, publications, and other public interest activities.

Eligibility:

• Law students, recent law graduates, or young advocates
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and online legal research platforms
• Ability to work in a professional environment
• A minimum commitment of four weeks on-site

Please note that this is an unpaid internship. The objective is to provide meaningful practical exposure, courtroom learning, and professional mentorship to those who are serious about pursuing litigation.
