📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Onsite)
🕒 Duration: 6 months
📅 Work Days: Monday to Friday (Day Shift)
💼 Role: Onboarding Operations Intern
As part of our Operations team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding and supporting critical operational processes.
📌 What you’ll work on:
- Initiating and following up on requests with banks
- Tracking onboarding activities and maintaining data accuracy
- Assisting with onboarding ID creation
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve account setup issues
- Supporting ad-hoc onboarding and process-related tasks
🎓 Skills and Qualification:-
- Recent graduates in Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written)
- Basic understanding of banking or payment systems is a plus
- Prior internship experience preferred in any internship
