Job Title : Operations Analyst (PMO)
Job Location : Kochi
Shift timings : 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to support our Programme Operations team. This role will act as a central resource across deployment, candidate care, finance operations, and system coordination, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and compliance with internal processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deployment & Operations

Support onboarding and offboarding processes for candidates
Coordinate deployment logistics including documentation, access, and readiness
Maintain accurate deployment trackers and status updates

2. Candidate Care

Act as a point of contact for candidates for operational queries
Support scheduling and tracking of monthly feedback calls
Ensure compliance documentation is completed and maintained

3. Finance Operations

Review and track timesheet submissions and approvals
Validate expense claims against policy and supporting documents
Coordinate with Finance/Accounts team for payroll inputs and queries

4. Systems & Reporting

Maintain and update internal systems (XRM / trackers / dashboards)
Support data validation, MIS reporting, and record accuracy
Assist in generating operational reports (timesheets, expenses, PO tracking)

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good Excel/data handling capability (basic reporting, validations)
Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field
02 years experience (freshers with strong aptitude are welcome)
Exposure to operations, HR processes, or finance workflows is a plus

Strong coordination between candidates, PMO, and Finance teams
