🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Process Management
• Inventory & Stock Management
• Vendor Management & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with vendors for day-to-day operational requirements and ensure timely completion of assigned work
• Follow up with vendors/service providers for maintenance, repairs, supplies, and other operational requirements
• Monitor vendor service quality and ensure work is completed as per agreed timelines
• Facility & Maintenance Coordination
• MIS Reporting & Data Management
• Documentation & Record Management
• Team & Cross-functional Coordination
• Operational Issue & Escalation Handling
• Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
