Operations Associate
I'm hiring one person to run Prepflix's day-to-day operations with me — and you'll report to no one but the founder.
No layers. No "talk to your manager's manager." Become part of the team, building one of India's most ambitious career accelerators for engineers.
WHAT IS PREPFLIX?
We help engineers crack product-based companies and FAANG through live cohorts, mock interviews, and 1:1 mentorship. We're small, fast, and growing — which is exactly why this role exists.
A BIT ABOUT ME:
IIT Kanpur gold medalist, ex-Microsoft, ex-Samsung. I left big tech to build this. Join me, and you'll see how a startup actually runs — operations, sales, content, student success — from the front row, not the sidelines.
WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO:
This is a true "run the show" role, not a one-task desk job.
If you love ownership, variety, and moving fast, you'll thrive here. If you want narrow boundaries and a fixed 10-to-6 lane, this isn't the one.
WHO I'M LOOKING FOR:
✅ B.Tech graduate (any branch)
✅ Freshers — you are MOST welcome
✅ Detail-obsessed with strong follow-through
✅ Confident on calls and clear over email
✅ Hungry to learn how a company is built
THE DETAILS:
📍 On-site — Delhi
🕒 Full-time
💰 Market-standard salary
🤝 Direct, daily mentorship from the founder
If you're early in your career and want a launchpad instead of just a paycheck, this is it.
👉 Apply through the Google Form in the comments. Please don't DM — the form keeps it fair for everyone.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Prepflix? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
