At AAJ Supply Chain Management, we're looking for a passionate and driven Operations Executive to join our growing team and help deliver seamless warehouse and supply chain operations across our PAN India network.

📍 Locations: Sonipat | Gurugram | Ghaziabad | Bhiwandi
💰 CTC: As per company standards
What to Expect:
✅ 1-Month Management Training Period
💼 Accommodation and Cab Facility for the MT period
🎯 Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be converted into full-time employees
What You'll Do:
✔️ Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and inventory
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate order processing & dispatch
✔️ Supervise warehouse teams and ensure SOP compliance
✔️ Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
✔️ Monitor warehouse KPIs and maintain quality & safety standards
We're Looking For:
✔️ MBA in Operations (preferred) or a relevant degree
✔️ Good working knowledge of MS Excel
✔️ Strong communication and team management skills
✔️ Problem-solving mindset with a focus on operational excellence
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Going for the Operations role at AAJ Supply Chain Management? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
