We’re looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who are excited to work in a fast-paced startup environment and grow alongside the leadership team.

What You’ll Do

* Manage day-to-day business operations and administrative workflows.
* Maintain operational trackers, MIS reports, Google Sheets, and documentation.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Support pre-sales operations and lead management.
* Assist in CRM management and customer onboarding.
* Track projects and ensure timely execution.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and operational dashboards.
* Improve operational processes and SOPs.
* Work closely with founders and senior management on strategic initiatives.
* Take ownership of tasks and deliver with excellence.

We’re Looking For

* Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
* Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
* Strong organizational and coordination skills.
* Good knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
* Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude.
* Self-motivated and eager to grow in a startup environment.
