We are looking for an Operations Executive to support our recruitment team with database management, internal coordination, data verification, and process management.

📄 Key Responsibilities:

~ Manage and maintain recruitment databases and internal records.
~ Coordinate with recruiters and internal teams on daily operational activities.
~ Verify recruiter data and ensure accuracy of information.
~ Track recruitment-related data, reports, and updates.
~ Support the team in streamlining and improving internal processes.
~ Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
Identify gaps in processes and help implement better workflows.

📄 Requirements

~ Freshers are welcome; internship experience is a plus.
~ Strong communication and coordination skills are required.
~ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
~ Good attention to detail and data accuracy.
~ Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
~ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
