We're Hiring: Operations Executive (Fresher).

📅 6 Days Working
⏰ Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design travel proposals and itineraries for inbound travelers.
✅ Research destinations, hotels, and experiences across India.
✅ Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and transport partners.
✅ Maintain travel documentation and operational records.
✅ Support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What We're Looking For:
✔ Freshers are welcome to apply.
✔ Good communication and written English skills.
✔ Basic knowledge of domestic travel destinations in India.
✔ Understanding of popular tourist circuits, hotels, and transportation options.
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
✔ Passion for travel, tourism, and hospitality.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Bout India? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
