Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our tyre management operations across multiple client locations in India. The role involves coordinating with clients, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tyre inspection, maintenance, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients across PAN India regarding operational requirements and service delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and field engineers.
Monitor daily activities and performance of engineers deployed at various client sites.
Ensure timely submission of reports, inspections, and operational updates from field teams.
Follow up with engineers regarding pending tasks, attendance, and service-related issues.
Maintain operational records, MIS reports, and client data.
Resolve operational concerns by coordinating with internal departments and field staff.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Customer Service, or a similar role preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and reporting tools.
