Operations Executive

We are hiring for our Central Supply Management Support Role at Flipkart in Bengaluru! Immediate joiners with hands-on experience in MS Excel and Data are encouraged to apply.

Role Overview: Operation Executive. In this position, you will collaborate with team members to identify and resolve supply gaps, ensure smooth operations, and support key initiatives. We seek a dynamic individual with a problem-solving mindset, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to take ownership.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Lookerstudio and other dashboard-making skills
- PowerPoint knowledge for reporting
- Basic data analysis and reporting skills
- Familiarity with supply chain tools or ERP systems (a plus)

✅ Soft Skills (Mandatory):
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities
- Willingness to learn and adapt

✅ Experience:
- 1–3+ years in Supply Chain Operations
- Freshers with strong internships or academic exposure in supply chain are also welcome to apply!
