📌 Position: Operations Executive – Policy Insurance & Client Servicing
👨💼 Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers can also apply)
📍 Location: Kondapur, Hyderabad
🏢 Work Mode: 6 Days Work From Office
💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ End-to-end policy issuance coordination
✔️ Policy validation & onboarding support
✔️ Client & employee portal management
✔️ Data validation and reconciliation
✔️ Coordination with insurers & TPAs
✔️ Employee orientation sessions
✔️ MIS reporting & operational query resolution
🎯 Required Skills:
✅ Strong MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ High attention to detail
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
✅ Insurance operations experience is an added advantage
🎓 Eligibility:
• Graduate (Insurance/Finance background preferred)
• Freshers with excellent Excel skills can also apply
