Operations Executive
🚀 We’re Hiring , Expanding our team | Founder’s Office & Operations Executive
At Rebrth, we’re building a science-backed skincare brand with a simple mission: create products that people genuinely trust.
As we grow, we’re looking for someone who wants to build, not just work.
This role is for someone who enjoys solving problems, keeping things organized, and making sure ideas turn into execution. You’ll work directly with the founders and be involved in almost every aspect of building a consumer brand.
What you’ll do:
- Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, logistics partners, and external agencies.
- Track projects, timelines, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage inventory, operations, and business documentation.
- Support new product launches and cross-functional initiatives.
- Help streamline processes and improve day-to-day business operations.
- Act as the bridge between the founders and our partners to keep everything moving.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Takes ownership and gets things done.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Communicates confidently and follows up proactively.
- Is comfortable with Google Workspace and Excel.
- Is excited about startups, consumer brands, and learning something new every day.
Experience: 1–3 years preferred (Exceptional fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply.)
📍 Location: Gurugram (work from home mainly) meetings weekly twice at office.
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll learn, contribute, and grow alongside an ambitious startup, we’d love to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Rebrth? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
