About Scholarlify:
Scholarlify is building India’s digital infrastructure for scholarships and student support. We work with corporates, foundations, NGOs, and institutions to design and manage scholarship programs at scale, helping deserving students access education opportunities.
We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations team in Kolkata and support the execution of scholarship programs.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage day-to-day scholarship operations and application processes
+ Review student applications and verify documents
+ Coordinate with applicants over calls, emails, and WhatsApp
+ Support telephonic interviews and student screening processes
+ Maintain accurate records and update operational trackers/MIS
+ Coordinate with internal teams for selection, approval, and disbursement processes
+ Handle applicant queries and provide timely support
+ Ensure process timelines and quality standards are maintained
+ Assist in data management, reporting, and backend operational tasks
+ Support execution of ongoing and upcoming scholarship projects

Eligibility Criteria:
+ Graduate in any discipline
+ Freshers are welcome to apply
+ 0–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, education, NGO, or backend processes preferred
+ Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred
+ Comfortable working on Google Sheets, Excel, and online platforms
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
