Workex is looking for energetic and customer-focused Operations Executives to join our growing team.

✅ Candidates with experience in Travel, BPO, Customer Support, Hospitality, or Operations are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage travel bookings and trip operations
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, and drivers
- Resolve operational issues and escalations
- Handle email communication and reporting
- Maintain strong client and vendor relationships
Eligibility:
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good email writing skills
Language Requirement:
- English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada
Shift Details:
- Rotational Day & Night Shifts
- 6 Days Working
- Rotational Weekly Off

Going for the Operations role at Workex? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
