Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of business processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle daily operational activities and process execution
✅ Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and internal departments
✅ Track service delivery, timelines, and quality standards
✅ Manage scheduling, assignments, and workforce allocation
✅ Maintain reports, MIS, and operational data
✅ Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Optimize processes for efficiency and productivity

Requirements

✔ Bachelor's degree (Any Stream)
✔ 0–3 years of experience in operations/coordinator roles
✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
✔ Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

⭐ Strong coordination and organizational skills
⭐ Customer handling experience
⭐ Field operations exposure (preferred but not mandatory)
