We at Delhivery are hiring Interns – Rider Management & Daily Closing (CB Team)
Location: Delhi / Noida (On-site)
Duration: 3 Months
Stipend: ₹15,000/month
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support hub-level rider operations. You will directly handle daily fleet communications, rider onboarding onto internal platforms, and perform end-of-day operational report closings.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com, BA, B.Tech, MBA etc.).
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and local regional languages (English writing skills for email closing).
- Comfortable making multiple operational calls daily to delivery partners.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and comfort using web portals.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency regarding daily operational deadlines.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Delhivery? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
