Redcliffe Labs is hiring for Operations Intern
Location : Gurgaon, Sec 39

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage corporate health camps across client locations.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of employee health check-up programs.
• Act as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for client queries and operational support.
• Coordinate with diagnostic partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely
service delivery.
• Conduct quality checks of medical reports and maintain compliance standards.
• Manage documentation and report-sharing processes with clients.
• Organize periodic client reviews to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure adherence to operational KPIs, service quality standards, and turnaround
times.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
