At SCLAR, we're building an AI-first Business Growth Company helping businesses scale through AI solutions, automation, digital transformation, business development, and international market expansion.
As we grow, we're looking for our first Business Development & Operations Intern to work directly with the Founder and be part of building something from the ground up.

Research companies and decision-makers
LinkedIn outreach & lead generation
Schedule meetings
Maintain CRM & Google Sheets
Market research (India, USA, UAE & Europe)
Support business development and operations
Work directly with the Founder on real client projects

Basic Excel & Google Sheets
Familiarity with LinkedIn
Own laptop & stable internet
Immediate joining preferred

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at SCLAR? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
