1. Operations&Program Execution

• Supporttheexecutionofcity-levelandregionalinitiativesunder Cloud Counselage and IAC

• Coordinateend-to-endoperationsforemployabilityprograms, internships, andacademicinitiatives

• Ensureadherencetodefinedprocesses, timelines, and SOPs

• Trackdailyoperationaltasksandensuresmoothon-groundandvirtualexecution

2. Academic&Institutional Operations

• Assistinonboardingcollegesanduniversitiesinto the IACecosystem

• Coordinatewithcollegeauthorities, faculty, placementcells, andentrepreneurshipcells

• Support Mo Ucoordination, facultyprograms, studentonboarding, andinstitutionalfollow-ups

• Maintainaccuraterecordsofacademicpartnershipsandprogramparticipation

3. Event
&Activity Operations
• Supportplanningandexecutionof webinars, workshops, hackathons, mentorshipsessions, careerfairs, andcampusevents

• Coordinatelogistics, registrations, communication, andscheduling

• Ensureoperationalreadinessandcompliancewitheventguidelines

• Trackattendance, participation, andfeedbackforeachactivity

Community&Volunteer Operations
• Coordinatewith studentvolunteers, communitychampions, andcampuscoordinators

• Supporttaskallocation, progresstracking, andfollow-ups

• Ensureconsistencyinexecutionacrosscollegesandregions

• Actasanoperationalpointofcontactforassignedinstitutions

5. Reporting&Impact Tracking

• Maintainoperationaldashboards, trackers, anddocumentation
