We’re Hiring: Operations Intern
Location: Infopark, Kochi
Employment Type: Internship (Full-time)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real-time business operations across multiple projects and departments. Candidates who perform exceptionally well during the internship may be considered for a permanent full-time position based on business requirements and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in day-to-day operational activities across various business functions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
Track project progress and follow up on pending tasks.
Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using Microsoft Office tools.
Handle administrative and coordination responsibilities as assigned.
Participate in planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing business projects.
Eligibility
MBA freshers are highly preferred.
Graduates with relevant internship or work experience in Operations, Administration, Project Coordination, or Business Support are also encouraged to apply.
Candidates with prior operations experience will be given preference.
Required Skills

Good organizational and time management abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of business operations and project management is an added advantage.
