We're Hiring: Operations Intern

I'm part of the Central Operations team at Xplor AI Mobility, and we're looking for someone sharp, proactive, and hungry to learn to join us as an Operations Intern.

If you're a fresh graduate who's genuinely curious about process building, product logistics, and product operations and you want real exposure to how a mobility startup actually runs, this is for you.

What you'll get into:

📌 Day-to-day operations (no sit-and-watch here)
📌 Cross-team coordination to keep things moving
📌 Spotting gaps and fixing processes
📌 Building and streamlining SOPs
📌 Owning small projects end-to-end

Who we're looking for

• Proactive - you act before being told
• Genuinely interested in operations/startups
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment
• Strong communicator and problem-solver
• Someone who takes ownership and delivers

📍 Work from Office | 10 AM - 6 PM
🗓️ Duration: 2 months
