Orbit Skilling Solutions is looking for a proactive, well-spoken Operations & Customer Service Executive to join our growing team!
If you communicate confidently, build strong client relationships, and enjoy being the bridge between operations and customer success, we'd love to hear from you.

🔑 What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations and coordinate across teams for smooth service delivery
Communicate confidently with senior management and stakeholders, internally and externally
Draft clear, professional emails for client and internal communication
Make client calls when required, for retention, relationship-building, and upselling our programs
Support account management and ensure a great client experience throughout

✅ Must-Haves:
Strong spoken English and communication skills, comfortable speaking with senior leadership and clients
Confident, professional email writing ability
Willingness to make client calls for retention and upsell conversations
A customer-first mindset with good follow-through and ownership
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

📍 Location: Remote (Delhi or Mumbai-based candidates preferred)

🌱 Great opportunity for freshers, interns, or candidates with up to 1 year of experience looking to grow into an executive-level role.
