Operations & Procurement Intern
We're not looking for interns who just want a certificate.
We're looking for people who want to help build India's biggest STEM + toy brand for kids.
Crazinos is hiring an Operations & Procurement Intern.
This isn't your typical internship.
At Crazinos, you'll work at the intersection of education, ecommerce, and creator-led brands—building products that make science and learning genuinely exciting for millions of Indian kids (backed by one of India's biggest science creators with a 35M+ audience).
As we continue to scale, we're looking for someone who's eager to learn, solve problems, and take ownership from Day 1.
Role: Operations & Procurement Intern
Stipend: Up to ₹12,000/month
What you'll work on:
Inventory & warehouse operations
Procurement and vendor coordination
Purchase orders and stock planning
Marketplace & operations support
Process optimization and reporting
What we're looking for:
✅ Strong ownership mindset and willingness to learn
✅ Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
✅ Strong communication and coordination abilities
✅ Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
✅ Freshers and final-year students are welcome (Operations/Supply Chain/Ecommerce interest is a plus)
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Internship: Full-time
If you want to learn how a fast-growing D2C brand actually operates behind the scenes and build skills that matter, we'd love to hear from you.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Crazinos? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
