👤 Who Can Apply?
🎓 Any Graduate

For Freshers:
Freshers are welcome! Selected candidates may be hired for an Intern role with a stipend of ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month, depending on profile and interview performance.

For Experienced Candidates:
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience are preferred, especially those with prior experience in a Waste Management / Recycling organization.

Experience in areas such as:
• Door-to-door waste collection
• Field operations
• Warehouse management
• Team/ground-level operations
• Waste segregation & recycling operations

Candidates should be comfortable with field work and PAN India locations.
