- Leadingandcoordinatingtheplanningandmanagementofassignmentsincludingpricing, billingandrecovery, maximizingfeeopportunitieswithguidancefrom the Partner.
- Applytechnicalknowledgeindeliveryofsolutionstoclients.
- Analysisandimplementationofprovisionsunder Indiantaxlawandtaxtreaties.
- Understandmacroandstrategicissuesonclientengagementsanddevelopadeepunderstandingofindustry, marketandoveralleconomicconditions.
- Providetimelyandhigh-qualityservicesandworkproductsthatexceedclientexpectations.
- Creating/managingindependentrelationshipswithclientsandbuildingbroadnetworkswithinthefirmlocallyandinternationally.
- Contributetofirmsprofitabilitybygeneratingadditionalworkfromexistingclientsandsupportinginsellingnewclientproposals.
- Responsibleforhandlingstraightforwardriskmanagementissuesandprogressivelytakingongreaterriskmanagementresponsibilitywhileensuringcompliancetoriskmanagementstrategies, plansandactivities.
- Strongcontributiontoknowledgesharingefforts. Improvingprocessessothattheteamandfirmcaptureandleverageknowledge.
- Driveperformancemanagementforselfandteam, mentorandcoachteammembersandhelpinresolvingpeopleissuesofthegroup.
