Ops & Comms Coordination Intern
My Founder asked me to design our new office interiors.
That wasn't something I expected when I joined Kathanika.
Our previous office was in Himayat Nagar. Recently, we moved to Banjara Hills, Road No. 10.
The shifting itself was easy.
But before we got here, we visited multiple properties across Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills before finally deciding on this space.
My Founder trusted my decision.
Then came the real challenge.
I had just 48 hours to turn the new space into what it looks like today.
With the support of Sai Prudvi Co-founder & Chief of Ops & Comms, and Founder Nikhil Dintakurthi, we made it happen.
Now, walking into the office every day feels a little different.
It's not just the place where I work.
It's a space I designed for myself.
And You get opportunities to take ownership beyond what's written in your role.
We're now looking to bring someone new into that environment.
Kathanika is hiring an Ops & Comms Coordination Intern, preferably with a background in Mass Communication or BBA.
If that sounds like you, DM me.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Kathanika Media? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
