Part-Time Digital Operations Intern
Most people don't lack talent. They just never get a chance.
I'm opening a few Part-Time Digital Operations Internship positions for people who are hungry to learn—even if they have zero experience.
If you're someone who has been rejected because of:
❌ No experience
❌ Career break
❌ Non-technical background
❌ Lack of confidence
...this opportunity is for you.
Here's what matters to me:
✅ You show up.
✅ You work sincerely.
✅ You are willing to learn.
Everything else, I'll teach you.
You'll work on real IT consulting and digital operations projects and learn skills that companies actually use:
📊 Excel & project tracking
📋 Reports & documentation
🤝 Team coordination
💼 Corporate work culture
What you'll get:
✨ Personal mentoring and complete handholding
✨ Real startup experience (not just certificates)
✨ Flexible schedule (3–4 hours/day)
✨ Mostly Work From Home
✨ Live business projects
✨ Opportunity to grow into bigger roles based on performance
📍 Hybrid role (Meet twice a week near Palam Vihar / Sector 43, Gurugram)
I'm not hiring the smartest people.
I'm looking for people who are consistent, curious, and committed.
If that's you...

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Ruchika Arora? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
