Role: People Operations Intern
Location: Bengaluru
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
What You’ll Do
• Support new hire onboarding, documentation, and Day 1 experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and internal communications.
• Support HR policy documentation and employee query resolution.
• Coordinate attendance tracking and payroll inputs.
• Contribute to employer branding, performance reviews, and other HR projects.
Who We’re Looking For
• Recent graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (HRMS knowledge is an added advantage).
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at BrightCHAMPS? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Spend 30 to 60 minutes beforehand on the company's site, recent news and LinkedIn, so you can name one specific reason you want to join when they ask.
- Re-read the job description and prepare two projects or coursework examples that map directly to what it asks for.
- Rehearse "tell me about yourself" out loud in about 60 seconds — education, one standout achievement, why this role — instead of reciting your CV top to bottom.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
