📢 About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Performance Marketing Fresher/Intern who is interested in digital advertising, lead generation, paid campaigns, and marketing analytics.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience managing real-world digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

🎯 Key Responsibilities
-Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

-Support lead generation and customer acquisition campaigns.

-Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, and ROAS.

-Assist in creating and testing different ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

-Conduct basic keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.

-Assist with campaign optimization and budget allocation.

-Prepare basic performance reports and campaign insights.

-Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

-Learn and work with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

-Stay updated with the latest digital marketing, advertising, and AI marketing trends.

🛠️ Skills We're Looking For
-Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing.
-Interest in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
-Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and Google Tag Manager is an advantage.
-Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
-Strong communication and willingness to learn.
-Ability to understand data and identify performance trends.
-Creative mindset with an interest in advertising and content.
