🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Intern (Consumer AI | US Market)
Most marketing internships teach you how to run campaigns.
This one will teach you how consumer apps actually scale.
We’re building an AI consumer app for the US market, and we’re looking for someone obsessed with growth, experimentation, and numbers.
You’ll work directly with the founders to:
• Scale campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat & Affiliate Networks
• Create AI-powered ad creatives using tools like Seedance and Google Flow
• Optimize budgets and drive down eCPI
• Work with top attribution platforms like AppsFlyer and Branch
• Analyze campaign performance and iterate every single day
• Test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and growth experiments that directly impact the business
This isn’t a “watch and learn” internship.
You’ll own campaigns with real budgets and see exactly what it takes to acquire users in one of the world’s most competitive markets.
What we’re looking for:
✅ Previous experience in Digital/Performance Marketing (mandatory)
✅ Strong analytical mindset
✅ Curious about AI, consumer apps, and growth
✅ Willing to work fast, experiment constantly, and learn every day

📍 Work From Office — Koramangala, Bangalore
💰 Stipend: Up to ₹50,000/month
📅 Duration: 3–6 months
