CodeNova is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to plan and run paid ad campaigns for our newly launched casual game.
If you know how to launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns — and love seeing real growth numbers move — this one's for you.

💼 What You'll Work On:
• Setting up and managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
• Planning campaign strategy to drive installs and user growth for our game
• Optimizing targeting, creatives, and budgets for the best ROI
• Tracking performance and reporting on key metrics
• Working closely with our team onsite to align campaigns with product goals

💼 Key Requirements:
• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads (app/game promotion is a big plus)
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, and budget optimization
• Ability to read data and turn it into decisions
• Familiarity with app install campaigns and mobile marketing preferred
• Self-driven and comfortable working onsite 1–2 days a week

📍 Location: Mota Varachha, Surat (Onsite — 1–2 days/week)
📝 Engagement: Contract basis (hourly or fixed — flexible based on your preference)
💰 Compensation: As per market standards based on skills and experience
