Role: Personal Banker - Inbound (#Cashier)

📍 Location: #Neemrana, Rajasthan

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for energetic and customer-focused individuals to join our branch team in Neemrana.

🔸️Job Role & Responsibilities:

🔹️Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and clearing accurately
🔹️Customer Service: Address inbound customer queries on phone and at branch counter with courtesy
🔹️Account Operations: Assist customers with account opening, KYC, and basic banking services
🔹️Sales Support: Identify customer needs and cross-sell bank products like savings accounts, FDs, insurance
🔹️Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank’s processes, audit norms, and cash management guidelines
🔹️Documentation: Maintain proper records and ensure data accuracy in core banking systems

🔸️Requirements:

🔹️Age: Up to 25 years
🔹️Education: Graduate preferred
🔹️Skills: Good communication in Hindi & English, basic computer knowledge, customer handling aptitude
🔹️Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years experience in banking/retail can apply
🔹️CTC: Up to 3 LPA
