🚀 We’re Hiring: PIC Intern | Plaksha Incubation Centre

The Plaksha Incubation Centre (PIC) is looking for a proactive and creative PIC Intern to join our team in Mohali!
PIC is the incubation and venture development arm of Plaksha University, building a deep-tech-focused entrepreneurship ecosystem and supporting startups, founders, students, faculty, mentors, investors, and industry partners.

🌟 What will you work on?
This role sits at the intersection of Operations + Social Media + Entrepreneurship.

🔹 Operations & Executive Coordination
Support the day-to-day functioning of the incubation centre
Coordinate with internal teams, startups, founders, and external stakeholders
Manage trackers, databases, SharePoint, documentation, and reports
Support meetings, events, workshops, founder interactions, and follow-ups
Help improve operational processes and workflows

📱 Social Media & Digital Engagement
Manage PIC’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram & other platforms
Create engaging content around startups, founders, mentors, events, and success stories
Work on posts, carousels, reels, event creatives, and digital campaigns
Build social media calendars and track engagement
Help grow PIC’s online community and visibility within the startup ecosystem

Students and recent graduates who are:
✨ Curious about startups, entrepreneurship & deep tech
✨ Strong in communication and organization
✨ Comfortable taking ownership and managing multiple priorities
✨ Interested in social media, content creation & digital engagement
✨ Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
✨ Comfortable with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Instagram, Microsoft Office & Google Workspace
