🎬 Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Connect with HR professionals, recruiters, and hiring managers across various industries to build networks
2. Onboard partner companies to hire directly from Hireyy’s pre-screened, job-ready candidate pool
3. Coordinate, set up, and manage corporate recruitment partnerships and virtual placement drives
4. Maintain a structured database of recruiter leads and follow up regularly to nurture corporate alliances
5. Handle a daily pipeline of 30 to 50 outreach attempts via phone calls, LinkedIn networking, and professional emails
