Responsibilities
• Reviewsubmissionrequeststhoroughlytovalidatesubmissionsversusreferrals, escalatingthoseoutsideguidelinestotheunderwritingdepartmentforapproval.
- Updatedataintheclientsystembasedonstandardoperatingprocedures(SOPs)andprovidedguidelines.
- Ensureturnaroundtimeanddocumentqualitymeetagreedservicelevelstandards.
- Completeregistrationtasks, updateworkflowsystems, andsendconfirmationtodesignatedstakeholders.
- Providecustomerservicetounderwriters, operationsstaffacrosscountries, andotherfunctionsbyresearchingandresolvingissuesthroughinternalresources.

Minimum Qualifications/Skills
• Graduateorpostgraduatewithstrongproblem-solvingskills.
- Preferredexperienceinpropertyandcasualty(P&C)insurance.
- Abilitytoaccuratelyinterpretandcompileinformationfromvarioussourcesandsystems.
- Strongjudgmentandabilitytoworkeffectivelyinateamenvironment.
- Provenabilitytomeettimelinessandaccuracystandardsinworkcompletion.
- Proficientwrittenandverbal Englishcommunicationskills.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
• Intermediateproficiency in MSExcel and MSWord.
