• Processclaimsinaccordancewithcompanyguidelines, underwritingrules, andregulatoryrequirements.

• Communicatewithclientstogathermissingdetailsorclarificationsrequiredforclaimadjudication.

• Identifyandflagerrors, discrepancies, orincompletedocumentationforcorrectionorescalation.

• Maintainaccurateandup-to-daterecordsofclaimsandrelateddocumentation.

• Supportteammembersinresolvingbasicclaimissues, escalatingcomplexcasestoseniorstaffasneeded.

• Consistentlyadheretopolicies, compliancestandards, andturnaroundtimelinestoensurequalityprocessing.
