We’re hiring our next cohort of interns. If you want to build high-impact products, wrestle with complex data, and fast-track your design growth—this is your launchpad.

What you’ll actually build & master:
- Design for Scale: Translate massive, complex data into intuitive, high-value product experiences.
- Build Agentic Workflows: Design solutions for AI-driven, agentic user workflows.
- Master Zero-to-One Thinking: Take ambiguous, messy problems from scratch and shape them into clear, scalable solutions.
- Ship Live Products: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to ship real work to real users.

We're looking for:
- You don’t need to know everything, but you do need strong fundamentals.
- Solid Core Craft: Strong UI, interaction design, and a sharp eye for detail.
- Figma Proficiency: It’s your primary tool, and you know your way around it.
- Portfolio: Show us how you think, solve problems, and structure your decisions.
- High Ownership & Curiosity: You navigate ambiguity well and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Self-Taught? Welcome! A formal design degree isn't mandatory. If you put in the work to build your skills independently, that works too.

📝 A quick note on our Hiring Assignment: Our application process includes a short assignment designed to respect your time while giving us a peek into your thinking.
- Show us YOUR craft: We want to see your first-principles thinking and intuition.
- Skip the AI shortcuts: AI is great for speed, but for this task, we’re evaluating your analytical thinking and creative process, not an LLM prompt output.
