We are looking for a Product Intern to join our product team in Janakpuri, New Delhi.
🔹 Role: Product Intern – HRMS & CRM
🔹 Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
🔹 Work Mode: Work from Office
🔹 Experience: Candidates with some prior exposure/experience in HRMS and/or CRM products preferred
🔹 Joining: Immediate / Short Notice
What You'll Work On:
• Understand HRMS & CRM product workflows and business processes
• Support product research, feature analysis and documentation
• Work with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Development teams
• Analyse user requirements and help convert them into product features
• Participate in product testing, UAT and feature validation
• Research competing HRMS & CRM solutions and identify improvement opportunities
• Help create product documentation, workflows and feature specifications
• Explore how AI can enhance HRMS and CRM products
Who We're Looking For:
✅ Good understanding of HRMS or CRM software
✅ Some practical/project experience with HRMS, CRM or enterprise software
✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
✅ Good communication and documentation skills
✅ Interest in SaaS, ERP and AI-powered business applications
✅ Willingness to work from our Janakpuri office
