Job Title: PMT Intern
Location: Chandigarh (on-site)
Experience: Fresher
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related discipline.
Internship Duration: 6 months, with an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.

Hitech Formulations is a B2B dermatology and cosmetic manufacturing company specializing in high-quality skincare, dermatology, and personal-care products, offering customized formulation and manufacturing solutions to brands and businesses.

Job Purpose:
The PMT Intern will support product development and commercialization through scientific research, market understanding, product ideation, and preparation of client-ready technical and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Research consumer, ingredient, formulation, and market trends across skincare, dermatology, haircare, and personal care.
2) Identify market gaps, claims, product formats, and innovation opportunities.
3) Prepare product dossiers, concept sheets, presentations, brochures, and marketing/technical collaterals.
4) Translate technical formulation and ingredient information into clear product benefits and claims.
5) Support new product ideation considering efficacy, safety, stability, regulatory, and commercial requirements.
6) Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Business Development teams.
7) Support client meetings, sample presentations, and technical discussions.
Maintain organized records of concepts, claims, competitor research, and project documents.
8) Track assigned projects and timelines and provide regular updates.
Ensure all external-facing content is accurate, clear, and well-presented.
9) Take ownership of selected product categories or client briefs from research to presentation.

Key Competencies:
✅ Basic knowledge of life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, or related fields.
✅Ability to understand scientific literature, ingredient data and product information.
✅Interest/awareness of skincare, dermatology, haircare, or personal care.
✅Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
✅Canva or AI research/content tools is an advantage.
✅Good presentation, communication and team collaboration skills
