Product Ops Intern
We're hiring a Product Ops Intern
Koyō is an AI-native hiring platform helping companies run smarter, faster interviews in place of clunky, outdated ATS systems.
We run AI-driven interviews for clients every day and we're looking for someone to sit at the center of making sure every one of them happens smoothly.
What you'll do:
- Understand what each client needs and translate that into clear inputs for the team
- Own interview operations end to end, from request to completion
- Troubleshoot issues in real time so nothing slips through
- Work closely with the product team to improve how things run as we scale
Who we're looking for:
Someone with high ownership, high attention to detail, and the instinct to fix a problem instead of just flagging it.
What you'll gain:
Direct ownership of a client-facing deliverable from day one, a close working relationship with our product team, and a front-row seat to what building a 0-to-1 rocketship actually looks like.
Location : Bengaluru, onsite

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at Koyō? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
- Practise once out loud with a friend or a mock interview — the more you rehearse, the calmer and clearer you will be on the day.
- Send a short thank-you message within a day that refers to something specific you discussed — most freshers skip this, and it is remembered.
