We're looking for a confident, responsible, and proactive professional to join our growing real estate team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our leased residential apartments.
- Coordinate property visits with prospective tenants.
- Handle tenant communication, inquiries, and issue resolution.
- Ensure rooms are occupied with minimal vacancy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors whenever required.
- Maintain records of occupancy, rent payments, agreements, and property updates.
- Follow up with leads and assist in the leasing process.
- Visit properties regularly to ensure everything is well maintained.
- Work closely with the management team to improve operational efficiency.

- Comfortable visiting properties and coordinating with different stakeholders.

*Prior experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, or operations is a plus, but the right attitude matters more.

Working Days: 6 days a week (Tuesday Off)
Employment Type: Full-time
