We’re hiring a Proposal Coordinator Intern to join our Upwork Business Development team.

📌 Full-Time Internship | Remote
If you enjoy research, writing, communication and finding new opportunities, this could be a good opportunity to start your career in sales and business development.

You’ll get hands-on experience with:
• Finding and qualifying relevant Upwork projects
• Researching clients and project requirements
• Preparing customized proposal drafts
• Finding relevant portfolio and case study examples
• Maintaining CRM/Google Sheets
• Following up with potential leads
• Supporting the Business Development Manager

We’re looking for:
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong research and communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic understanding of sales/BD
• Freshers and students are welcome
• Previous internship experience in Upwork, sales, lead generation or
proposal writing is a plus.
